Our Mission
Welcome to the Hunts Exotics Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to conservation through education. Our website showcases the unique features that set us apart and highlights the incredible work we do.
At the core of our mission is the exceptional care we provide to our resident animal ambassadors. Many of these animals have come from challenging circumstances, and we prioritize their well-being above all else. By offering them a safe and nurturing environment, we ensure their happiness and health.
But our commitment doesn't stop there. We also offer engaging educational opportunities through our outreach programs. Whether it's through in-house field trips, birthday events, or community gatherings, we strive to entertain and educate our visitors. Our exotic animal petting zoo adds an exciting twist to the learning experience, making it both fun and informative.
Furthermore, we actively support other non-profit organizations, recognizing the importance of collaboration in achieving our conservation goals. By working together, we can make a greater impact on the world around us.
Perhaps the most significant aspect of our work is providing a much-needed mental health break for individuals, both young and old, who are facing medical crises. Our Team
Our team of dedicated volunteers and staff are passionate about wildlife conservation and are committed to providing the highest level of care to every animal we receive. We work together to ensure that every animal receives the attention and care they need to thrive. With backgrounds in education, animal husbandry, and more, our team has the tools to educate and care for our animal ambassadors.
Our Facilities
We relocated about a year and a half ago from Osceola County to beautiful Southern Marion County. Our little farm started us with the building blocks we needed, and the rest has been done through blood, sweat, and tears. we have completed 11 enclosures outdoors, and have our interior build out for our LEARNING LAB started and ready to go!
